My counseling services offer you a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to talk through the issues that are concerning you. You will be encouraged to talk about your emotions, and I will help you to gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes. In doing this, I can help you to take control of them and find your own solutions to the problems that are affecting you.
Counseling should fit into your life, not interfere with it. Regardless of what you're going through, I would love to help. This is my promise to you.

Counseling is a highly effective form of talk therapy that can help patients to manage a range of different emotions and issues that are threatening to, or already inhibiting, their ability to live a happy and fulfilling life. I am pleased to offer a comprehensive range of counseling services that include the following areas.
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
Individual counseling is exactly what it suggests. Our sessions will be on a one to one basis, where you will have all of the safety and privacy that you need to talk freely about subjects that might otherwise be hard to discuss.
CHILD COUNSELING
The stresses and strains of everyday life don’t only affect adults. Although I like to think that childhood is a time of happiness and innocent, unfortunately as many as 20% of children experience some sort of mental health problem each year.
TEEN, ADOLESCENT AND YOUNG ADULT COUNSELING
You may know that the years between 13 and 20 can be some of the hardest. There are more pressures on our young people than ever before, and many are struggling with their emotions.
FAMILY COUNSELING
Families can be a great source of support and encouragement, but they aren’t always as harmonious as I might like them to be. When issues arise within family groups, it can place a great deal of strain on everyone involved.
RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING
Relationship counseling is widely considered to be something that couples opt to pursue when they feel that they are struggling to keep their union on track and as a last resort. However, there is no shame at all in admitting that you need a little help and support to make your relationship work.
DIVORCE COUNSELING
Divorce statistics can be frightening, but the sad truth is that sometimes there are no alternatives to ending a marriage. Going through a divorce can be a stressful and anxious time for both parties, even if the process has happened amicably.
DOMESTIC ABUSE COUNSELING
Domestic abuse can affect both women and men and take a variety of forms including physical, emotional, financial and sexual abuse. These can occur in couple relationships and between non-couple family members.
SEXUAL ABUSE COUNSELING
Whether you are the victim just once or you are exposed to a prolonged period of sexual abuse, it is an intensely traumatic experience. Sexual abuse can happen to anyone at any stage of their life and doesn’t necessarily refer to rape or sexual assault.
SUBSTANCE COUNSELING
Substance abuse is a very common issue, both amongst adults and teenagers alike. Although most people think that it means purely recreational drugs, substance abuse can also refer to prescription medications, alcohol abuse and the misuse of other chemicals, to which the person develops a chemical or psychological dependency.
LIFE COUNSELING
Do you feel that your life could use more direction? Do you have some personal or professional goals, but you are lacking in confidence to pursue them or aren’t sure what you need to do to achieve them? Life coaching could be the solution that you are looking for.
CHRONIC ILLNESS COUNSELING
A chronic illness refers to a disease that persists for a long period of time. In most clinical definitions, chronic illness has effects that last for three months or more.
LGBTQ COUNSELING
Discovering that you don’t fit into typical gender or sexuality ‘norms’ is a challenging time for anyone. This is especially the case when you are faced with prejudice from people who struggle to understand gender and sexual diversity, or who are fearful of it.
